	Jitendra Prasad Chief Mentor and Member of the Board jitendra.prasad@priserve.com JP (as he is fondly referred to) is an internationally acclaimed personality in the Oil & Gas sector and has held several senior management positions including Vice President (Engineering) at Noble Drilling in a career spanning over 35 years. He participates in strategic planning at the board level and is the technical mentor for PriServe’s Engineering Services practice. JP has a B.Tech in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and an MS in Ocean Engineering from UC, Berkeley.
	Suman Dubey Chief Executive Officer Suman.dubey@priserve.com Suman is responsible for Strategy, Finance and PriServe’s foray into new businesses. Prior to PriServe, Suman has over 10 years of experience in Management Consulting and Technology Management in organizations like Tata Steel, Infodisc Technologies and Amazon.com. Suman has a B.S in Production Engineering from B.I.T Sindri (India) and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
	Saumen Prasad Director – Business Development saumen@priserve.com Saumen heads global business development and Strategic Planning at PriServe. Prior to founding PriServe, Saumen had over 7 years of experience in IT and management consulting in Technical and Managerial functions in India and Europe. Saumen has a B.S in Chemical Engineering from B.I.T Sindri (India) and a Masters in International Business from Euromed-Marseille, France.
	Vinay Prakash Head – Engineering Services vinay@priserve.com Vinay heads execution of Engineering projects at PriServe in coordination with Jitendra Prasad. Prior to PriServe, Vinay has worked with the Ministry of Defense - Govt. of India (Asst. Director), CashEdge Inc (Head, Indian Operations) and Tata Infotech. Vinay has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IT, BHU.
